What is Certificate Verification or Hours Verification?

The details of those who complete the courses and who contributed as volunteers are maintained in a central repository. Anyone can self-verify your credentials via this page. This is to help create credibility for the certificate and also the volunteer hours. Just by entering the code of the person to be verified, one can check the certificate or volunteer hours. 

Below is the process for Certificate or Hours Verification

Verification is done by entering the code of the person to be verified. 

Process for getting the code:

Take the first 3 letters of the first name, first 3 letters of the last name and first 3 letters of the school's name (all in lowercase) and enter in the below search bar.

For example: 

First Name: John

Last Name: Conner

School Name: Arizona Dessert High School 

By taking the first 3 letters from each of the above, the code is: johconari

Please note all letters are in lowercase. Enter the code below and press search. 

If the person has only one name (no last name, for example), just enter the first 3 characters of your first name along with the first three letters of the school's name.  

Can I check to see how it works?

Yes! you can use below codes to check how it shows up.

Problem (if you encounter) & Solution: 

I am not able to see the search bar below, but I see " Sorry, unable to open the file " or another other error. 

This could be because you are logged into several Gmail accounts on the same browser. 

Here is the fix: Copy the below URL and paste it in the incognito mode to do the verification process.
